담당업무


Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend to all walk-in Ticketing sales and enquires of guest

2. Provide excellent customer service to visitors at all times

3. Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties, including daily opening, closing, smooth transaction, generating and reconciling daily ticket sales reports for both changi experience studio and giftshop

4. Actively promote ticketing packages, promotion, and sales at the main admission area

5. Assist in the exhibition galleries to provide guest with an enriching and unforgettable experience and safeguarding the studio Artefacts

6. Ensure all studio Artefacts are not tampered with

7. Facilitated and coordinate guided tour of various group of people

8. Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise.

9. Handle feedbacks from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions

10. Maintain cleanliness of ticketing counter and gift shop

11.Other duties assigned by studio Experience Supervisor or Studio Experience Manager

Work 2 days off 2 days (rotating shifts)
Shift 1: 1000H -2200H (1 hour break)
Shift 2: 0900H -2100H (1 hour break)
Shift 3: 1100H-2300H (1 hour break)
