직무내용

담당업무
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage executive’s calendars and set-up & organize meetings
• Handling correspondence directed to manager
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office-related invoices, etc.
• To plan and execute social media content and schedule for a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
• To manage execution of our social media content across the different channels, including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• To assist in tracking of the success of our social media campaigns via reports, including the use of our tools and systems.
• Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and trends, be it from internal or external avenues.
• Execute any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager.


자격요건
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and social media preferred
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Experience in airline industry preferred
